Short version: the calculators collect nothing, and the request form collects only what is needed to answer you.

Who processes the data

The site is run by the Zirka Peremohy Charitable Foundation, contact address info@zirkaper.com.

Calculators

Dates and names entered into any calculator are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the server, not stored and not shared.

The request form

If you send a request, we receive your name, email address, date of birth and your question. These are used only to reply to you and are not passed to anyone except the volunteer who prepares the answer. You can ask us to delete them by writing to info@zirkaper.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own and shows no advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address becomes known to Google — that is a technical condition of displaying the fonts.

Retention

Request emails are kept in the foundation's mailbox no longer than needed to answer and follow up.

Why a charity runs this page

This site is a project of the Zirka Peremohy Charitable Foundation, a Ukrainian charity founded in July 2024. It helps people affected by the war: treatment and rehabilitation for the wounded, food for families in hardship, schooling for displaced children. Everything here is free and stays free.
